During her three decades in the workforce, Lucia Robles transitioned through four careers in diverse industries. Some of the transitions were planned, others unexpected. The experience of adapting to varied settings and consistently reinventing her workforce skills provided Lucia with a solid expertise in managing change and transition – personally and professionally.
After nearly 30 years in the workforce, Lucia discovered her passion for creating dream homes. Some of her career transitions were often associated with a residential move. Every move required downsizing belongings, organizing the move and redecorating the new home. The realization that not only did she have a variety of business skills, but the experience of setting up a home several times over was a true passion and much needed service, especially for baby boomers that are downsizing and relocating. This “aha” moment led Lucia to launch Clear Syncing, a Home Staging and Professional Organizing Company. Synchronicity took hold.
Relying on her sales and marketing background, Lucia understands the importance of positioning a product to get the best price. Selling a home is no different. A staged home shows better than un-staged homes and attracts more potential buyers. Staged homes spend less time on the market than un-staged homes. Staged homes typically sell for more than un-staged homes.
Lucia is a life-long learner. She is a member of the Real Estate Home Staging Association, the National Association of Professional Organizers and the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Lucia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Her work experience includes team management, community and public relations, business development, marketing, sales, and product training. This wide-ranging career portfolio spans the healthcare, government, and media industries. Some of her past employers include The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank and USA Today.
